Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen LLP once again ranked as a top-tier commercial litigation firm in Chambers USA, one of the legal industry’s most respected rankings lists.
In its 2017 guide, Chambers ranked the firm among the top handful of practices in Washington in the category of Litigation; General Commercial. Two of the firm’s partners – Arthur W. Harrigan, Jr., and Timothy Leyh – also received individual ranking recognitions.
Chambers, which has ranked HLFT among the top Washington litigation firms for well over a decade, recognized the firm for its “extensive experience in civil litigation, handling antitrust, class action, employment, environmental, intellectual property and real estate litigation, in addition to corporate investigations, governance matters and shareholder disputes.” Chambers also noted the firm’s experience in maritime and aviation litigation.
Chambers noted that partner Arthur W. Harrigan, Jr. “is considered a market leader and represents a number of significant clients on matters ranging from intellectual property and noncompetition actions to purchasing rights.”
Chambers also observed that Timothy Leyh “is highly respected in the market for his commercial civil litigation work. He regularly handles an array of disputes for corporations and is also well known for representing government entities.”
