Harrigan Leyh is pleased to announce that Ashley Burman has joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Ashley joins the firm from the New York office of Jones Day, where she worked on complex litigation matters, including class actions, contractual disputes, anti-SLAPP lawsuits, and Federal Trade Commission proceedings. While at Jones Day, she also represented clients pro bono in asylum proceedings, unaccompanied minor immigration cases, and Violence Against Women Act cases.
Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of The University of Chicago Legal Forum and the recipient of the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and Oral Argument. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
