HLFT Partner Co-Authors Three Chapters in Leading Economic Damages Treatise
Tyler Farmer has contributed three chapters to the Seventh Edition of The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages published by Business Valuation Resources. This edition marks the fifth time that Tyler’s work has been included the Guide, which is considered a leading treatise among lawyers and economists. Tyler’s contributions to this edition are: Chapter 9 “Context of the Lost Profits Damages Claim” (with Jonathan Duritz), Chapter 13 “Lost Profits Versus Lost Business Value” (with Neil Beaton), and Chapter 20 “Calculating Damages for Early-Stage Companies” (also with Mr. Beaton).
