Charles “Chip” Jordan is a maritime and aviation trial lawyer with a broad spectrum of experience within these fields. His practice since joining the firm in 1989 includes personal injury, cargo and hull damage, and insurance coverage issues. His core clientele of vessel and aircraft owners, underwriters, ports, government agencies, and international commissions know and respect his thoughtful, meticulous, and effective case preparation.

Chip is an accomplished sailor in his own right. Having circumnavigated the globe in a wooden sailboat before law school, he and his wife now live on a 75-year-old converted cargo vessel.
