HLFT Partner Co-Authors Three Chapters in Leading Economic Damages Treatise
Tyler Farmer has contributed three chapters to the Fifth Edition of The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages published by Business Valuation Resources. This edition marks the fourth time that Tyler’s work has been included the Guide, which is considered a leading treatise among practitioners. Tyler’s contributions to the Sixth Edition are: “Context of the Lost Profits Damages Claim” (with Jonathan Duritz), “Lost Profits Versus Lost Business Value” (with Neil Beaton), and “Calculating Damages for Early-Stage Companies” (also with Mr. Beaton).
