HLFT’s Client Wins Appeal Affirming Trial Court’s Dismissal of CPA Claim
On August 30, 2021, the Washington State Court of Appeals affirmed the King County Superior Court’s dismissal of a lawsuit seeking to restrict news programming broadcast by HLFT’s client.
